I had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Cappuccino, thanks to its vibrant atmosphere and fantastic location right in the heart of Palma. The service was somewhat hit or miss, with some staff providing excellent hospitality while others seemed less attentive. The room I booked was spacious and beautifully decorated, but I did find the lack of a separate shower a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a positive experience, but with room for improvement.
